Toddington International Inc. (“TII”) is pleased to announce the US version of its acclaimed e-Learning program “Using the Internet as an Investigative Research Tool” will now be offered through the Hetherington Group’s Smarter Academy, the newest member of its international Channel Partner program.

Aimed at enabling personnel to find better online open source information in less time, at less cost and with less risk™, “Using the Internet as an Investigative Research Tool” is a continually updated e-learning program that has been completed by over 6,000 investigators, intelligence professionals and knowledge workers in both the public and private sector since its initial release in 2002. This comprehensive course takes approximately 40 person/hours to complete and students have up to six months to complete the program. In addition to the United States, region-specific versions of the course are available for Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.

The Canadian version of the course is accredited by the Ontario Police College and the UK (Financial Investigator’s) version is accredited by the National Policing Improvement Agency.
