Jeannette Duguay is a licensed Private Investigator, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT) practitioner, and intelligence education specialist. At Toddington International Inc. (TII), she coordinates e-learning programs, newsletters, social media, and website development while contributing to the research, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of professional intelligence training.

Jeannette specializes in online investigative research, digital identity research, information verification, and the structured collection and documentation of open-source information. Her approach emphasizes methodological discipline, source validation, analytical clarity, and the production of findings that are transparent, reproducible, and capable of withstanding professional or legal scrutiny.

She has a particular interest in the responsible integration of artificial intelligence into investigative and analytical workflows. Jeannette assisted in developing TII’s 105E AIO — AI for OSINT course, which explores how practitioners can use AI to support intelligence work while preserving human judgment, verification, accountability, and evidentiary discipline.

Before entering the investigations and intelligence field, Jeannette accumulated more than 20 years of experience in business, marketing, digital strategy, web development, and information technology. This multidisciplinary background gives her a strong understanding of how online information is created, communicated, discovered, and assessed—and how technology influences human behaviour, credibility, visibility, and decision-making.

Her broader contributions to TII include curriculum development, instructional writing, learner assessments, research resources, professional articles, newsletters, digital communications, social media content, and other public-facing educational materials. Across these areas, she works to make complex information accessible without sacrificing accuracy, nuance, or professional rigour.
