Registrations are confirmed with written confirmation via email or fax. Should the delegate not receive written booking confirmation, it is the delegate’s responsibility to contact InnoXcell or TII to confirm their seat.
Payment must be received in full in advance of the course.
InnoXcell Limited and TII reserve the right to withhold entry to the course if payment has not been received in full.
Delegates are responsible for their travel expenses in traveling to the course, including hotel accommodations. All travel and accommodation arrangements should be made by the delegate.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received 30 days before the course date will be charged 30% of the course fee. After this date, the full course fee will be charged, but substitutions can be made at no extra charge.
No refunds will be issued, including delegates that have paid in full and did not attend on the course date.
InnoXcell and TII reserve the right to cancel or change course dates, instructors, or conditions without prior notice.
