Strategic Analysis: Public Sector Applications Level 2

Course Overview

This is a
two-level e-learning course designed for professionals working in public sector
enforcement, intelligence, national security and regulatory compliance roles,
or those aspiring to do so. Using a combination of online lesson materials and
applied learning scenarios the course provides an understanding and hands-on
appreciation of the concepts, principles and methods that inform strategic
analysis work. On completion of the course the student is equipped to
effectively conceive, plan and implement strategic analysis projects and then
deliver impactful strategic advice to clients and other end users.

Level Two of this course
builds upon the Level One lessons which were largely focused on definitional,
methodological and process issues. In Level Two students will expanding their
knowledge and understanding of various analytic techniques – particularly those
that support Strategic Analysis objectives.
