Arni Stinnissen is a retired Detective Staff Sergeant whose distinguished 29-year career with the Ontario Provincial Police included service as Officer-in-Charge of the OPP Electronic Crime Section.

With experience investigating technology-enabled crime dating to the mid-1980s, Arni developed extensive expertise in electronic crime, computer forensics, intelligence, criminal investigations, and the professional education of law-enforcement personnel.

Arni played an important role during TII’s formative years. As one of the company’s early senior instructors and subject-matter experts, he helped establish the technical depth, instructional credibility, and professional standards upon which TII’s international reputation was built.

His contribution supported the early development of TII’s training methodologies and helped position the company as a trusted provider of advanced Internet investigation and Open Source Intelligence education.

Although Arni is no longer regularly involved in the delivery of TII programs, he remains an important part of the company’s history and professional legacy. TII recognizes his substantial contribution to its development and to the standards of knowledge, integrity, and excellence that continue to guide the organization today.
