Arni Stinnissen is a retired Detective Staff Sergeant after a 29-year career with the Ontario Provincial Police, as Officer-in-Charge of the OPP’s Electronic Crime Section.  With a broad background in the investigation of Electronic Crime going back to the middle 1980’s, Arni has established himself as an expert in many areas of Information Technology related crime.

With Toddington International, Arni serves as a senior instructor for select training sessions.
