He maintains operational and tactical level experience in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the wider Middle East and North Africa regions, focusing on both P2P and unit-level mentoring of indigenous Military, Intelligence, and Specialist Police units, through interpersonal, trust-based relationships, focused upon the personal development of mentees, radical working practices innovation, and real-time operational mission success.
